To search for a charity enter its name and press
search. Charitable organization's that have registered to solicit
and filed with the Secretary of State's office are available to
view. If an exact match is not found you can select from a list
of close matches. If no matches are found, the charity has not registered
with the Secretary of State's office.
Many charities are exempt from registration
under Kansas law. For the statutory list of charities that are exempt
from registration, consult K.S.A. 17-1762.
